Order Minimums- Our minimum order requirement is $100.00. For all
orders under $100.00, the client will be required to pay a surcharge
of $25.00. The minimum purchase per item, per shade is 3 pieces.
Payment Terms- For first time orders, Paramount Cosmetics will accept
payment by either credit card or cash payment in advance. Credit card
customers must submit signed authorization. COD orders over $500.00
require a certified check or money order. There is a returned check
fee of $25.00 and no future orders will be shipped until your account
is cleared.
We welcome International orders. They must be paid for, either by
wire transfer in advance which includes a $25.00 bank charge or, if
they exceed USD $10,000, we will accept an Irrevocable Letter of Credit
at Sight.
If you prefer to purchase on credit, please ask our customer service
department for a credit application.
Return Policy- We cannot accept returns unless they are authorized
by our customer service department. When goods are returned, the return
authorization number must be clearly visible on all boxes. Merchandise
must be returned within 14 days of receipt for a credit only. All
returns due to customer error will be subject to a 20% restocking
fee of order plus shipping costs. Products must be in their original
condition- unused and unlabeled. All shipments are insured. If you
should receive damaged merchandise please contact the freight carrier
immediately since shipping cost includes insurance. It is your responsibility
to file a claim with the carrier.
Delivery- All orders are shipped FOB Union City, New Jersey via UPS
Ground unless otherwise specified. Orders requiring Hot Stamping,
Labeling or Silk Screening will take longer.
Other- Paramount Cosmetics charges a 15% cancellation fee for orders
which are filled and not shipped to cover restocking costs.
